Lootera director Vikramaditya Motwane has no time to direct the promotional song of Bombay Velvet; Queen director Vikas Bahl steps in
Vikramaditya Motwane's Sidharth Malhotra starrer Bhavesh Joshi goes on floors in February. This has compelled him to quit from directing the promotional song of Anurag Kashyap's Bombay Velvet.
Confirming this, Motwane tells SpotboyE.com, "We were supposed to roll with Bhavesh Joshi in December, but Sidharth got very occupied with Brothers. In the interim, I agreed to direct a promotional song for Bombay Velvet with Ranbir Kapoor and Anushka Sharma. But now, Sidharth is almost ready. So, I have no time on hand. I have got very busy with my preparatory work."
SpotboyE.com has it that Kashyap has asked Queen director Vikas Bahl to carry out the job which he entrusted to Motwane.
The song in questions is: A recreation of the famous song Babuji Dheere Chalna from Guru Dutt's film Aar Paar.
Bahl is expected to shoot with Ranbir and Anushka, next week.
